We want you to love your Anothersole shoes, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure the protective stickers remain on the outsoles to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the shoes back in their original dust bag and shoebox, ensuring they are securely packed inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for signs of wear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
